PRC represents Dr. Krishna Shenai, Professor and Chair of the Electrical Engineering and the Computer Science Department of the University of Toledo and PRC technical consultant. Dr. Shenai, a leader in the fields of wireless-, nano-, and biotechnology, and their applications in the medical field, has technologies of importance for the medical field that PRC will introduce to China.
- PRC, Inc. will act as a "systems integrator" to introduce a Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) connected to a central emergency response center as an innovative technology to the China marketplace.
- PRC, Inc. will also seek the right partners to invest in, manufacture, promote sales, market, and integrate Information and Computer Technology (ICT) solutions, support, maintenance, and training.
In conducting its due diligence, PRC has teamed with the following companies:
- Advanced Medical Alert in the USA, the manufacturer of and potential investor of the iPERS in the China market
- China National Medical Equipment Industry Corporation in Beijing, the top government-owned medical export company in China
- AMD in China, a technology partner
- NComputing, which will provide access to lower cost ICT-solutions to the emergency response or "call centers."
